Pneuamtic screwdriver with integrated screw suction

The BIAX pneumatic screwdrivers with suction have an intergrated screw suction.
It enables the precise positioning of the screw directly with the screw driver.

The following Advantages result from this:
• Easy positioning also of very small screws
• Easy positioning of screws in difficult to access places
• One hand free that can be used to hold the workpiece

The intake of the screw can be supported with a sorting rack that is available at BIAX.

Advantages compaired to a magnetic holder:
All screws can be handled, also non-magnetic.
The screw gets automatically centered in front of the bit with no need to use the second hand.

The suction sleeve and the bit can easily be changed. That means the user can always quickly change to a different type of screw.
We have suitable sleeves and bits for most of the available screw types.
